Add Facebook Like Page Plugin on blogger

Facebook has announced that it will stop supporting "Facebook Like Box" feature for websites or blogs from 23rd June, 2015. No need to worry, Facebook is just promoting to us to use all new Page Plugin instead of Like Box.

If you want to expand your blogger website's reach, you must consider having a Facebook page for your website. This way your site feels more professional also it expands your reach to those Facebook users who likes (or shares some posts) your Facebook page.

So, in this post I've tried to put together the detailed steps to add Facebook Page Plugin for blogger websites.

Follow these steps carefully

>>>Step 1<<<

1. Go to Settings > Template > Edit HTML

2. Click anywhere inside the code section and type "CTRL + F" and search for

3. Just below
there is
now below
insert (copy and paste) the following code

4. Then click on "Save Template"

>>>Step 2<<<

1. Go to Settings > Layout > Click on "Add a gadget"

2. A new pop-up window will open, now scroll down and select "HTML / Javascript" by pressing on the "+" sign

3. A new pop-up window will open, now in "Title" section write anything you like and in the "Content" section add the following code

Your FB Page

Note -
 • On the above code replace "yourfbpage" with the username of your Facebook page and replace "Your FB Page" with the name of your Facebook page.
 • Change the values of width and height to your choice i.e. what suits best for your site.
4. Click on "Save" and now visit your site
